The Hendricks Family Foundation Invests $1 million in the Packard Family Care Center
Delivering the best birthing experience for area families
The Beloit Health System has been serving the Stateline area, providing primary and specialty care for more than 70 years. Their mission is to be the leader in regional health and wellness services that delivers high quality, value and satisfaction to patients and the community.
“committed to the wellbeing of our entire community”
Beloit Health System’s services span the needs of neighbors young and old and their esteemed team of obstetricians deliver more than 500 newborns each year. Striving to deliver the best birthing experience for families, the Health System began an extensive renovation in 2020 and opened the Packard Family Care Center in 2021. Located within Beloit Memorial Hospital, the Center provides customized birth experiences in the comfort and privacy of a nurturing environment. The Center includes labor, delivery and recovery rooms, a labor triage room, post-partum rooms, a nursery with emergency resuscitation stations, lactation and family waiting rooms. This was the first comprehensive renovation to the Family Care Center since the hospital was built in 1969.
The Hendricks Family Foundation has been a consistent supporter of the Health System, investing in a variety of improvements that help to ensure local availability of quality care and demonstrating our ongoing commitment to ensuring Beloit residents have access to strong community organizations. Following the lead of the Packard Family, the Foundation provided $1 million for the Packard Family Care Center renovations.
